SITRAQ is a live situational-awareness service for Iraq. This profile sets out what we monitor, how an incident reaches you, and every product a subscription can include: the live platform, the phone app, alerts, ad-hoc convoy tracking, scheduled reports, assessments and support on the ground.

Iraq does not lack information. It lacks time: separating what actually happened from what was only claimed, repeated, or happened years ago takes hours that most security teams do not have.
SITRAQ does that work continuously. Every event is checked before it reaches you: is it a genuine security incident, is it new, where exactly did it happen, how serious is it, and has it already been reported?
What remains is one clean picture, the same one our analysts work from, on the desktop, on the phone and in every report.
The service is neutral by design. Partisan labels and rhetorical framing are replaced with plain, factual wording before anything reaches a client, and every judgement in a report carries a reliability tag.
Statements, commentary and viral content are kept out. The feed carries security events and nothing else.
Each event is pinned where it happened, a district, a town, a border crossing, not where the story was published.
Repeated reports of the same event merge into one, with the number of sources behind it.
Every entry carries a NATO Admiralty grade, which firms up as more sources confirm the event.
Anniversaries, memorials and past events are recognised and kept out of today's picture.
Platform, phone app, alerts and reports in English and Modern Standard Arabic.
Every item passes the same steps before it appears in a feed, an alert or a report, so a reader can compare one day with the next without re-checking the method.
Security developments across Iraq and the neighbouring states are followed around the clock, every day of the year.
Each event is checked before it is published: that it is real, that it is new, and that it is a security matter rather than comment.
Pinned to the exact place it happened, classified by type and severity, and graded for reliability on the NATO Admiralty scale.
Within minutes: on the live map, as an alert to the people it affects, and in the next daily, weekly and monthly report.

Standing limitations. SITRAQ reports what is reported: incidents are reported, not field-confirmed, and severity is assessed from the available reporting. An area with no recorded activity is not necessarily safe. Our products inform decisions; they do not replace ground verification or a qualified security manager's judgement.
Subscribers work from the same live picture our analysts do: every incident at its place on the map and in the feed beside it, classified and graded as it arrives.

Risk in Iraq is not only attacks. A cut network, a jammed GPS signal, a closed airspace or a sliding dinar changes how people move and work. SITRAQ tracks these alongside the incidents and shows them in one place.
Open or restricted, with the notices behind any change, for crews and travellers planning flights.
The current government travel level for Iraq and every change to it, on the band and in the reports.
Nationwide shutdowns and regional cuts as they happen, including the scheduled exam-day cuts and their times.
Jamming levels by area as a map layer, for drivers, fleets and anyone relying on navigation.
Iraq's standing hotspots, Sinjar, the Dohuk border, Kirkuk and others, each with live numbers, its trend and analyst guidance.
The dinar market rate against the official rate and the oil price, as an early sign of economic stress.
Attacks and failures affecting power, water, oil and telecoms, tracked as their own section in the weekly and monthly reports.
Hospitals and police stations near any incident or saved place, on the map and on the phone.
The live picture on the phone, built for staff in the field, with an alert only when an incident matters to them, not for every headline in the country.

No trackers to fit and nothing to install. The operations desk sends each driver a link; the driver taps Start, and the move appears live in the operations room, with the second vehicle following the lead and the client watching through a private link.

Works in the phone's browser on iPhone and Android while the driver keeps the screen on. Team rules for gap distance, stop time, speed and driving hours are set per client.
Every report follows the same structure and the same analyst register, so a reader compares periods without re-learning the format. Each one is issued in English or Arabic, as a print-ready PDF and an interactive copy.

A location- or route-specific assessment: the incident history of the area, the threat picture, a likelihood and impact rating for each risk, the forecast and the mitigation we recommend. Delivered under your brand, in English or Arabic.
A structured survey on site: 12 sections and 98 checks, from the perimeter and access control to the guard force and emergency plans, with a guard planner, a risk matrix and a finished report.

The route is scored segment by segment against recent incidents along the corridor. The plan records the trip, crew and vehicles and contacts, is reviewed and exported for the file, and hands over to Drive mode on the phone.
For a guarded site: numbered incident and occurrence registers, revisions and sign-off, and Annex A with every incident in the surrounding area for the same calendar day, in English or Arabic.

Tell us what you need, where and when. We match you with a licensed security company from our vetted network across Iraq and stay your single point of contact from request to completion.
